You should know how Loadsdirectors Septic works and how we get paid. This page explains our role. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
Loadsdirectors Septic is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump septic tanks. We do not repair septic systems or drain fields. We do not repair sewer lines. We do no other plumbing work.
Say you call the number on this website or send a form. Your call or request may go to an independent provider. It may also go to a marketing partner that works with plumbing and septic providers in your area.
Providers or marketing partners may pay Loadsdirectors Septic for calls, form submissions or other referrals we send them. The payment may depend on things like how long a call lasts or whether someone answers it. We may be paid even if you never hire the provider.
This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for work you agree to. The provider sets the price.
Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Loadsdirectors Septic. Each provider alone is responsible for:
Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement of their work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are in our network at that moment.
You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions. Check licenses. Request a written quote. Compare other quotes before you decide.
Calls made through this website may be tracked. In some cases they may be recorded. This is for quality, verification and billing.
